1.We adhere to the principle of ensuring the normal and safe operation of aluminum alloy track lifting machinery and provide 24-hour emergency repair services.
2. For the damage of the vulnerable parts of the aluminum alloy crane, the manufacturer is responsible for the labor cost of repair. For damaged parts, the user can purchase new ones by themselves or pay the purchase fee to the manufacturer, who will make the purchase on their behalf.
3. For high-frequency use or abnormal operating conditions, the frequency of maintenance and repair should be increased.
4. Additional costs to be borne by the user (maintenance fees and spare parts fees) :
a) Damage to the aluminum alloy crane caused by human factors;
b) The lifting machinery suffered a fire;
c) The installation of equipment on the lifting machinery proposed by the user;
d) All requirements not included in the maintenance contract.
5. Conduct a comprehensive operation safety inspection and operation quality inspection once a year.
