Traditional cranes using RCV or frequency conversion for slewing suffer from slow response, large positioning errors, and post-stop boom rebound. Our solution employs Parker DC drives from the USA to achieve swift, smooth starting/stopping and precise positioning, substantially improving productivity. Four slewing DC motors work in tandem to enhance lifting positioning accuracy.

The hoisting mechanism integrates intelligent protection: automatic shutdown activates when gear speed deviates from frequency command, detecting unauthorized automated operation to prevent hook free-fall accidents, ensuring safety and reliability. An integrated slip ring eliminates the need for rotation limiters, enabling unrestricted 360° slewing and eliminating cable entanglement risks for secure, efficient operation.

Modular electrical cabinets feature plug-and-play installation for swift, stable on-site wiring, significantly reducing setup time. The integrated design combines mechanical assemblies, control cabinets, and resistors to streamline installation.
